- Free UK Delivery is available on all orders to the UK mainland only excluding the Highland and takes 2-5 working days.
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 working days.
- Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday and not on weekends.
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, DPD may reschedule delivery or deliver to a nearby DPD access point the collection. You can track and manage delivery options using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
- Indicative delivery timescales are between 1-3 working days following dispatch.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to influence or control the speed of delivery or any delays that occur once an order has been dispatched by us and handed over to DPD.
- Once your order is dispatched and a dispatch email confirmation is sent to you, you will need to contact the courier service provider using the tracking number for any queries regarding the arrival of your package. We do not have any control over the delivery service or the tracking information shown by the courier service. Therefore, the courier service is best placed to advise you on the progress of your delivery.

Birth of a house
Rang Jah began with a vision to change how women express themselves through clothing. Founded by designers who refused to choose between heritage and modernity, the house grew into one of the UK's largest independent Pakistani and Asian fashion retailers — built in Leicester, worn worldwide.
Rang means colour. Jah means place. Together: a place of colour. That is the whole idea — a house where the full spectrum of Pakistani craft is kept alive, and where every woman who walks in finds her shade of it.

Finding the right dress abroad was never meant to be this hard.
For women living in the UK, buying Pakistani wear online has meant guessing. Guessing at fit. Guessing whether a size exists past XL. Guessing whether the embroidery in the photograph is the embroidery that arrives.
